Component Suppliers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), distributors mostly supply their product to their buyers in vast quantities, and they supply it through their transport service provider network, but the service level and response time from transport providers are often constraining and unreliable. Furthermore, there is a significant portion of the finished consumer goods do not reach the right market on time, ending up unsold, while they would have been required elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2018 we started MakeMyTrans because we saw the frustrating lack of control over the transportation cost and everyday communication with the transport service providers. With a vision for a better service experience for both shippers and transport operators, we set out to create a new way to manage the freight business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a few years of meeting exciting opportunities, experiencing bigger market challenges, and growing into multiple regions, We needed to update our brand, messaging and product offering to better reflect who we are and what we have to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is some coordination and uniformity in the design of goods delivery. But there is a still notable exception of freight handling systems and facilities are often discouraged from introducing connective technologies, systematic handling, and transport automation. The lack of coordination is also shown in the absence of standard protocols. Companies should eagerly be adopting digital practices to operate and control their transport activities without errors and delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
